Production of special tools, CNC shape grinding
We manufacture special shape tools for radial and axial insertion, special turning and groove milling.
Importance:
Special tooling is particularly effective for either high-volume production of seemingly simple repetitive indentations where machine time savings are in the order of a few units of seconds, or special shaped, hard-to-make indentations with standard tooling.
Possibilities:
The main competitive advantage is the short delivery time of the complete new technology. This is due to our extensive stock of semi-finished products of various sizes and grades of carbides, including cermets, which enables us to respond quickly to customer requirements in terms of technology and material to be machined. We are also able to develop special coatings for complex applications and difficult to machine materials.
We grind carbide, cermet, CBN and PKD materials. On request, we issue a measurement report for each special produced.
