Waste Processing

Another line of business is waste transformation using thermochemical decay (TCD) and subsequent production of raw materials and energy. At present, TMC is developing an unmatched second-generation zero-emission “TCD 24 NOEM” unit with continuous waste processing. The advantage of this method is the fact that the process generates no carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions or any other emissions to the environment, and that it ensures high quality of the resulting products from the waste processing. In particular, they include pure gases for industrial use, such as hydrogen (H2), methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) as well as solid carbon (C). At the same time, the process generates usable thermal energy, and the produced gas can be used in a CHP (combined heat and power) unit to generate electricity.
